	Production devices of "Yanshan Brand" bulk consecutive long yarn is introduced from PLATEX Company of Italy. It adopts the one-step dying method and advanced DCS controlling technology. Among it, the technique with four-bolt and four colour yarn is the only one in China. It produces not only polypropylene fiber bulk long yarn but also the top-class nylon long yarn. It can produce the multicolored and compound color carpet yarn. Its production capacity is 3,000 ton/year. The heat molding devices latest intrduced can mold and add its twist. "Yanshan Brand" bulk consecutive long yarn not only meets the own demand to carpet yarn but also far sales to the other carpet manuturer.
